Our Website

When ordering from our website, please add items to your cart. Please read descriptions and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us. You can then check out and choose your shipping method or you can choose to pick up your order at our store.

Shipping

Items that are ordered directly from the factory, shipping times will be noted in the description or in the category that they are in (ie: Factory Direct). You can expect to receive these orders within 7-10 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding those shipping times.

If you have items from the 'Factory Direct' category and from our physical store in your cart, you may get two separate shipments and will receive tracking numbers when they ship out.


Handling Time and Methods

We want to make sure that we get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We will process your order within 24 business hours. Please be sure to contact us immediately if there are are any changes that you want to make. Generally, we use US Postal Service and UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

In Store Pickup - Most items are available to pickup in an hour after checking out. Custom orders (ie: lux bundle hair) will process as the description reads and can be picked up at the store Factory direct items are not available for in store pick up.

Free Shipping - If you choose this method, your order will be shipped either UPS or USPS and will be trackable. You should expect your package within 3-7 business days.

Default Shipping -  These items will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number and can expect to receive your package within 3-7 business days.

Any claims for incorrect, damage, defective, missing items must be reported by the end of the 14 day return window, so we can remedy the situation. Please send a photo and your issue to info@gilbertbeauty.com.
