Refund policy
Gilbert Beauty Supply aims to provide quality, professional products that you will use and enjoy. We also acknowledge that you may not be happy with the product you have received. Our returns policy has been created to provide as much comfort and flexibility for our customers within set limitations. Below is our returns policy that applies for all products listed on the website for purchase.
Types of Returns
Our return policy is for 7 days of receipt of delivery. NO Cash Refunds. Store Credit only. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us ASAP.Â

Unwanted/No Longer needed
If you ordered something that is returnable and you no longer want and want to send it back to us in its original unopened, unused packaging for store credit only minus the original order shipping cost as long as it is a qualified return.
Email info@gilbertbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery of your item. We will respond within 24 business hours with an RMA#. Send your package back to us, at your expense, with the RMA on the outside of the package as detailed in the email. This is required and will be returned to sender without it.
We will email you once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to 7 business days to process.

Incorrect/Defective/Damaged Products
Email info@gilbertbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery of your item.
We will respond within 24 business hours on the best way to remedy your situation. These are handled on a case by case basis.
In the meantime, please keep original packaging, we will take care of this for you.
Non Returnable Items
Some items we cannot accept a return, offer exchanges, replacements. These items include but not limited to:
Hair extensions, wigs and hairpieces on account of hygiene; Cosmetics (including make-up, beauty, hair care, hair, nail and skin products and fragrances) where the original packaging has been opened, or where the seal has been broken; Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewelry where the original wrapping has been opened.
This policy does not affect to issues relating to faulty products. Please keep in mind that we have a right to deduct a 15% restocking fee from any return.
